SHIPPING POLICY

In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail, we do advise you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them. All packages are insured. We also ask that you forward all details to our customer service department.

Undelivered lost packages may be reissued.

Delivered lost/ stolen packages may be reissued after claim is filed.

In the event your order is incorrect, please email us a photo of what you have received and we will replace order in 1-3 business days.

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.

Tracking numbers can take anywhere from 1-2 business days to update depending on when the post office scans in your package.

Due to Global Shipping delays, shipping delays can exceed up to 3-5 business days for US orders and 5-7 days for international orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our items are handcrafted and are made to order but we do have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused & unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can Chat our representative or our WhatsApp number bearing in mind that the buyers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
